Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Moon Night does not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used or unsealed skincare products.

Returns will only be considered when:

• The wrong product was delivered
• The product arrived damaged
• The product was defective upon delivery

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. Customers must provide the order number, clear photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, Moon Night may offer a replacement or refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Moon Night.

Moon Night is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin irritation. Customers should review the ingredients and perform a patch test before use.
